  • Free Shipping on Orders Over $100
  • Standard Free shipping typically takes 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Address:

  • We will ship the order to the shipping address you provided during checkout. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping information to avoid any delays or delivery issues.


Shipping Carriers:

  • We collaborate with reputable shipping carriers such as USPS, DHL, etc. to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your orders.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via email, enabling you to monitor the status of your delivery.
  • Please note that additional customs fees, taxes, and duties may be imposed by your country's customs authorities, for which we are not liable.


Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders at this time.


Shipping Damage or Loss:

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Some items, such as those on sale, may be ineligible for returns.


Cancellations:

Delayed Orders:

  • In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their orders for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.
